The Starbucks group has been enjoying discussing books in a casual, cafe atmosphere since March 2007. This is the only Library sponsored book discussion group that meets not only on a weekend, but also offsite. Titles are chosen by the group moderator, Karen Hansen, MGPL's Readers Services/Reference Librarian. Selections are posted 1-2 months prior to each scheduled discussion; books are available on the book discussion table at the Library. As an added bonus, Starbucks graciously provides complimentary snacks and coffee or tea.

This group meets at 3:00 PM on the first Sunday of each month at the Morton Grove Starbucks, 6763 Dempster.
