Volunteering Opportunities at the Library
Adult Volunteers When the Morton Grove Public Library first opened in 1938, it was staffed by volunteers. Today, volunteeers assist the professional Library staff in a wide range of day-to-day operations, including short-term as well as long-term, ongoing commitments; here are just a few of the possibilities for adult volunteers:
To become an Adult Library Volunteer, pick up an application form at the Library's Reference Services Desk, or print out the PDF version. Completed forms can be dropped off at the Reference Services Desk, or mailed to

Teen Volunteers The Library also accepts applications from teens interested in volunteering. Teens may receive service hours for volunteering; assignments include:
