- Assist those who need a questionnaire written in a language other than English.
- Serve as distribution sites for D-10, "Be Counted" questionnaires. "Be Counted" questionnaires will be available in six languages - English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese. and Russian. These questionnaires are for people who may not have received a questionnaire at their home, believe they were not counted in the census questionnaire received at their household, or who were without conventional housing on census day.
