Fiction
Author's last name is Wilder
Story is focused around people living in a nursing home
Book is Humerous
Published possibly within the last 5 years

I have no idea and am looking for any clues or suggestions as to the title of this book. Thanks so much for any help you may be able to provide to me and my patron.

Maybe Over What Hill by Effie Leland Wilder? It came out in 1996, though.
Wilder's written several in this vein.

could it be the Hattie Mcnair series by Effie Wilder

Oh, I know this. the author is Effie Leland Wilder and her books are
wonderful! Make me wish I lived in a nursing home. Titles include Out To
Pasture but Not over the Hill; Over What Hill; Oh My Goodness; Older but
Wilder; One More TIme. I have also listened to the audio read by the author
and they are great.
