We have just put up our online RA form, and would be interested in
comments from the group on what you all think. Are there areas that could
be improved. Our goal in creating the form was to try to capture the idea
of appeal factors for readers in a non-face-to-face environment. You can
view the form at http://www.wrl.org/bookweb/RA/index.html.

In the first week that it has been up, we have had about 20 patrons
respond for suggestions. It has been good practice for us here in doing RA
work.

Please feel free to send comments and thoughts off-list.
