Another 19-year-old fantasy writer without a single bestseller, but
already with a body of work, is Amelia Atwater-Rhodes, with five
books out, the latest HAWKSONG; some 400,000 copies in print of her
combined books per LOCUS.
The sf/f fields have long been relatively attractive to young (and
sometimes very young) writers; for a few more, see my letters in the
