further titles in his "Connor Gibbs series" since 2000.
Is he still alive?

Leo Atkins also write as Ace Atkins. His newest book is Dirty South coming this year. Nick Travers series. He's an amateur sleuth, professor, jazz expert and harmonica player. The series is very good.
