One of my patrons is looking for a book she read while she was in the Peace
Corps in Africa in the late 1960’s. Upon arrival each volunteer received a
booklocker with about 50 or so books inside. One of the books she read was a
paperback set in Virginia in the modern day (1960’s at that time). The
family depicted chooses to forsake their modern lifestyle to live a 17th
century lifestyle instead. I realize this isn’t much information, but it’s
all she could remember. Any help you can give me in locating the title or
author would be greatly appreciated.
