A YA patron is asking for a book about angels. Three girls who pass on and
go to some kind of high school in heaven. All she remembers is that they
participate in activities in heaven in order to get back to the living. We
went through the Lurlene McDaniel titles without success. Probably a title
within the last two years. She thought the title had angels in it, but not
sure.
Can you help!Colleen McCrea

Not as recent as all that, but could this possibly be the Teen Angels Series by Cherie Bennett? Published in the mid-late 90s, I think. All the other books about angels I tried didn't seem right: "Hannah and the Angels" by Linda Lowery Keep (JFic, not YA), "Angelwings" by Donna Jo Napoli (also JFic), and "Kissed by an Angel" by Elizabeth Chandler (angel is a boy).Maria Scinto

This sounds like the "Angels Unlimited" series to me. It's originally British,
I read the first 2 in the series last fall. Mel is 13 when she gets killed, and
she finds herself in an Angel Academy. They're training for angelic
assignments and she gets to go to World War II London for her first job. Alison
