I have a request from a neighboring library to track down information on
a book.

The book they are looking for revolves around a diamond from South
Africa that is given to every 3rd daughter of each generation or
something like that.
They say it is a multigenerational saga and the word "Rachel" may or may
not be in the title.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
