I know that this has been posted before but I would like to know if there is
anyone from a larger library system that provides this service. How does
yours work? Do your patrons have pin numbers? Are there any
security/privacy issues. Can your system do it automatically or is it done
by the staff. We may have to suspend ours and I am gathering information to
see how it works other places.
I appreciate any and all comments on this, large or small system. You can
