www.moviesunlimited.com
and, of course,
www.half.com,
www.ebay.com,
www.amazon.com
I have used all of these to find out-of-print and otherwise obscure videos.

I have used all the sources others have mentioned. So I did a quick search
on google and came up with this:
http://www.1worldfilms.com/
which seems to have a variety of films; comedies, adult content, war, etc,
It looks like you could search by country.
There also seem to be some other interesting results.
