Looking for some help trying to figure out a series called Six Silent Men.
A patron today requested the series. I do know that the series is written
by different authors. I have narrowed down a few (possibly) -- Miller,
Linderer, and Martinez. It is a military series. I am not having much
luck with the internet -- KDL What's Next, Amazon, etc.
If you have any input, please let me know.
Thanks,
Maureen

The books contain glossaries and lists of casualities. All seem to have been
published in 1997.
Six Silent Men (101st Lrp/Rangers, Book 1)
by Reynel Martinez
Six Silent Men (101st Lrp/Rangers, Book 2)
Kenn Miller Summary: Account of the 1st Brigade LRRP of the 101st Airborne
Division in the summer of 1967.
Six Silent Men (Airborne Ranger Series, Book 3)
Gary A Linderer, 1997 Summary: "Book Three describes some of the fiercest
fighting Lurps saw during the war. Based on his own experience and extensive
interviews with other combat vets of the 101st's Lurp companies, Linderer
writes this final, heroic chapter in the seven bloody years that Lurps served
God and country in Vietnam. Thse tough young warriors, grossly outnumbered and
deep in enemy territory, fought with the guts, tenacity and courage that have
made them legends in the 101st." Takes place 1969.
I found these through AddALL and I found numerous references to the books
(including on a Vietnam Vets listserv) through Google.
