We have bought some but so few patrons have the players. We do have a player
that we are planning to loan. I like the idea of them as there is only 1 cd
to keep track of and the price is good.

I've looked at them and yes, it is nice that there are only 1 or 2 discs to
each set. My guess is that the population who would take to them are the
young adults and possibly younger set who probably have a slew of mp3's on
their PCs and are familiar with the format. We have not yet purchased any
for our library but probably will before long.
