This reminds of of Alan Sokal! He's the physicist who, a few years ago, sent an entire article of this kind of gobbledigook to the journal "Social Text", purportedly proving that the law of gravity was merely a late-capitalist patriarchal semantic construct, or something like that. They published it, to their later embarrassment, since he announced shortly afterward that it was a hoax (and kindly invited anyone who believed its conclusions to prove it by stepping out of an upper-story window).
Sokal's webpage at www.physics.nyu.edu/faculty/sokal/ includes many links to pages dealing with "The Social Text Affair". By definition, hoaxes are fiction, so I think I'm still on topic here, although I may be getting close to the edge.
