One of our patrons is looking for a classic children's story about 3 dogs
that sleigh a dragon. The story ends with "happily ever after". He thinks
the names of the dogs were: Shatter Iron, Fetch-me-Food, and maybe
Eat-em-up. The patron is in his 30's and said the story was from his
childhood. Does anyone recall the title of this book?

I apologize to everyone on my misspelling! I meant that 3 dogs 'slay' a
dragon rather than 'sleigh'. I guess the Christmas holiday is still on my
mind.
