Probably LeGuin's most critically acclaimed works are "The Dispossessed" and
"The Left Hand of Darkness." However, her most accessible and popular books
are the Earthsea Trilogy--"A Wizard of Earthsea," "The Tombs of Atuan," and
"The Farthest Shore"--which are often considered YA. (The pendant fourth
volume isn't worth your money.) Her best short pieces can be found in "The
Wind's Twelve Quarters" and "Orsinian Tales."
