Sierra Lavotini

Someone on this list recommended Nancy Bartholomew's Sierra Lavotini as a
Janet Evanovich read-alike. I fell in love with Sierra during the first
book and quickly read the next 3 in the series. (I had to ILL the books;
but my director has since ordered the rest of the series for our library.)
When I finished book 4, I was in such a state that I wrote Ms. Bartholomew
and told her she'd better be writing that next Sierra book "fast and
furious".
Alas, she wrote back to say that although she is writing the 5th Sierra book
(Landing Strip), the publisher (St. Martins) "wants higher numbers before
they do another". So -- all you Sierra fans out there -- get on the
bandwagon; let's let St. Martins know we want the next Sierra book, and
let's put out the word to all our patrons and librarian co-workers to select
the Sierra Lavotini series as their next mystery series for purchase. I
REALLY want to know what's up with John Nailor and "Uncle" Moose!!!!!
