A patron is searching for a science fiction
author they believe had the first name
Noelle,(they were specific about the spelling,
but I'm finding nothing with this name) who wrote
novels with the following scenarios:1. An ocean-based society in which a woman
escapes from a castle with a small robot.
2. California after it breaks off the North
American Continent, a closed society, a religious
leader slain, a mystery, and rain.
I fear I'm striking out. Anybody?
