The book is about a schizophrenic man, approximately 35 yrs old, and his experience in an institution. The setting is a small town, and the story (fiction) is told through the voices of his brother and uncle. The patron does not know title or author, but adds that the man was able to leave the institution from time to time with visitors & friends, and that he had a job mowing lawns. She thinks the book was written by a male author.
Thanks for any help you can give.
