Hi
I am just about to take up a new post as a public service librarian working
in a community library in the UK after a bit of a break. I am looking for
any hints and tips on reader development in general (is that what you call
it in the US?). I think you may do things a bit differently to us. I am
mainly looking at how people build up reader profiles, display and
promotional work and so on. I know this is vague, but I am casting a wide
net - hoping to pick up some new ideas!
