Retired librarian Glenna Nowell has compiled an annual list of what well-
known people are reading since 1988, and her new survey has been
released in advance of National Library Week later this month. Nowell is
particularly pleased to have heard from young actor Haley Joel Osment,
who recommends Michael Crichton's Sphere and Michael Shaara's The
Killer Angels.
