I'm trying to find statistics for my supervisor which show that readers'
advisory services increase circulation. I don't have access to library lit
or lisa and wondered if anyone knew of any articles that show this link.

Check out the article in the Feb. 15th/2002 issue of Library Journal
called "Book Report 2002: The Amazon Effect" Vol. 127, No. 3, Pgs.
38-40. I think you'll find some interesting statistics there.
