Folks -

Does anyone know what happened to this publication? It was
orginally scheduled for last Spring. Amazon just says to be published in
2002 and the publisher does not seem to have any information. Thanks, Patty

I have heard this second hand, which means you're hearing it third hand
(which makes it gossip, I guess): The book isn't finished so they've pushed
back publication.
