We generally choose at least one light book for the summer and perhaps a
foray into genre fiction, which we usually avoid. This summer is no
exception, we are reading LAST DAYS OF SUMMER by Steve Kluger in June. In
July we are doing a book by an author that we have read before and enjoyed,
Wallace Stegner's CROSSING TO SAFETY and in August, a mystery, THE
CONSPIRACY OF PAPER by David Liss.
If anyone is interested in what we have done in the past, the lists for the
past two years are available at http://www.bookbitch.com/2000.htm. The
complete list for 2002 may be found at http://www.bookbitch.com/schedule.htm
Hope this helps.
