For those who are still running the program, obviously it is successful,
can you share your thoughts on why the program is a success. For those
cities no longer running the program, can you share your thoughts on why
it didn't work. Any comments on pitfalls, challenges, what you might do
differently, unexpected benefits, would be great.

The books are chosen by a committee, and all members of the public are
invited to submit suggestions. The next book for April 2002 will be Elie
Wiesel's Night.

St. Paul, Minnesota, is in the early stages of doing this (still taking
nominations for a book). Don't know what participation their library
system will be doing. (I'm a Minneapolis guy myself...)
