Patron looking for a book she thinks she read about 5 years ago, fiction, a
young male classical musician finds out the father he never knew was/is
African-American. She thinks it takes place in a big city and the author is
male.

I've been looking at NoveList and Fiction Catalog, but so far nothing's
jumped out at me.
