I have a patron looking for a book that she read several years ago, not sure of publication date. Naturally, she doesn't remember title or author. What she does remember is that it is about a pregnant woman who gets dumped by her boyfriend for being too "chubby." She ends up falling in love with and marrying a doctor. This is all she remembers. Anyone have any suggestions for me?

This could be WATERMELON by Marian Keyes. A woman lives in London and gets dumped after giving birth to their baby. She returns to Dublin to live with her family, eventually sheds the weight and falls for another man but can't remember if he is a doctor or not.

She couldn't have read it more than a few months ago, but if that's a
possiblity, it might be Good in Bed by Jennifer Weiner. She's a reporter
who has written a screenplay; she's overweight and going to a weight
clinic when she discovers she's pregnant by her ex-boyfriend. And she
marries the doctor at the weight-loss clinic. Funny read.
