I've just finished reading this novel written like a diary that reads like non-fiction and I am CONVINCED that it was made into a movie.

A middle-class woman marries up into a titled German family because of pregnancy and begins to climb socially within the Nazi regime even to the point of entertaining Hitler. Her husband starts working with Goebbels as a film producer and rises in rank. She is totally oblivious of what's going on around her and raises a perfect little Nazi boy who is REALLY hideous and evil. Interspersed within the diary are recollections of MAJOR events like Kristallnacht and people like Unity Mitford and Leni Riefenstahl. But she is really only interested in clothes, parties and money.

My question: Does anyone remember a FILM like this?

No, I don't remember a film. However the book was also released in paperback
as "Diary of a NAZI Lady", with a copyright date of 1978. You may want to
try this as an alternate title.
