My patron wants to know the name of the Romance, possibly written by Nora Roberts, that may involve time travel and has a picture of a man chained to a wall on the cover. On the spine is a picture of a woman with a key. Help!

NR's two time travels were "Time Was" and "Times Change" with them bound
together in the "Time and Again" anthology. However, those were Silhouettes
and don't believe that they'd have a man chained to the wall as a cover.
However, I do remember a similar cover of a fantasy-ish story by Dara Joy
called "Mine to Take." The Amazon listing for it is:
