Subject: book where man is really in jail
Hi. We had an e-mail reference question from a man who is trying to find
a fiction book he read a while ago. He thinks it's at least several
years old.
The book is described as being a thin novel and is about a man who
describes his life, his country, etc. At the end, the reader discovers
that the entire thing was made up, created by a man in jail. Any ideas?
So far, our reference librarians are stumped. Thanks for any suggestions
you can provide. Please contact me at: [removed]@comcast.net.
