Neal Wyatt, past CODES chair, asked me to post an invitation to the CODES
Award reception at Midwinter. It was a lot of fun last year; if you're at
MIdwinter, hope to see you at this great event!

Announcing the second annual CODES Awards Reception! Come join your
colleagues and members of the publishing industry at a cocktail reception
where the Notable Book Council will annouce this year's Notable Book
List, The List for America's Readers, the Dartmouth Award Committee will
announce The Dartmouth Award, and The Best Reference Sources will be
announced by the Outstanding Reference Sources Committee. We will also
honor this year's recipient of the Louis Shores Award. The reception will
be on Sunday, January 16 from 4:30-6:30 in the Oval Room of the Fairmont
Copley Plaza hotel. The event is sponsored by Baker & Taylor.
