Hello all,

Can anyone who has read the book RENDER SAFE by Jackie Nida give me some
suggestions for similar type books? I have a patron who read it and
just raved about it. She said that she enjoyed the topic (bomb squad
and detection) so I gave her DEMOLITION ANGEL by Robert Crais but she
also said she really enjoyed the neck-breaking speed that the action in
the book had and she loved the main character, a woman in an untypical
profession. I am not coming up with much of anything in the bomb squad
department or neck-break action packed books so any direction you could
point me would be much appreciated.

Maybe the book Kill Me First by Kate Morgenroth might be something that
she would like. (I liked it.) It features a strong female lead as a
kidnap victim and the CIA is used to track the terrorist. PW quote: This
is a clever and unusual thriller, unflinching in its violence, economic
in its plotting and unpredictable in its psychological developments.
Spoiler: It does involve explosives at the very end of the story.
