Patron is looking for a book she is almost positive is fiction. It's about
a boy with Down Syndrome who's around 8 years old and who's lost in the
woods. It was published several years ago and supposed to be very good. It
made some sort of best or recommended list, but she doesn't know which one.
Hope this sounds familiar!
Thanks,
Wendy

Thank you so much for your quick responses! I called the patron and she
thinks Place Last Seen is the title. She was very excited and impressed!
The members of this list are amazing.

Could it be The Wild Kid by Harry Mazer?
