Hi - I have a patron looking for a fantasy book she read and loved about
10 years ago. It's about identical twin elf princes--albinos--who are
unable, because of some sort of psychic bond, to wander far from each other or
from their realm. Anyone?

This sounds like Michael Moorcock's Elric of Melnibone series. Elric
wasn't an elf, but he was an albino with an incestuous passion for his
sister.

Judith Tarr wrote a trilogy called the Hound and the Falcon that I believe,
had twin princes, one who was albino -- very fair -- at any rate, who shared
a psychic bond. Tarr has written several fantasy series, however, so it
could be in one of her other books.
