Do you have a specific RA department, or is RA just part of the work you
do on while on the desk?
Do you have a job title that relates to RA?
Are you aware of any ongoing workshops/seminars etc. (besides the
occasional OLS seminar) that are held on a fairly regular basis?
Anything I left out?

My title is Readers' Services Coordinator. The staff are Readers' Services Assistants. The Readers' Services section began after our expansion in 1995.
Just some additional information for you. Red Deer is a city of about 65,000. We have the main downtown library and a branch library.
Unfortunately, I am unaware of any ongoing workshops/seminars, but if anyone knows of any in Alberta, I would definitely be interested. I will be at CLA in June, so if anyone is interested in getting together and talking RA please contact me.
