Fiction_L Archive Searching

If you've searched the Fiction_L archives since the beginning of the
year, you may have noticed that all archive files are now in one place; it's
no longer necessary to do two separate searches (due to the change in
Fiction_L servers last fall) to cover the entire 6-year archive.
We've now gone one step further and reorganized the archives to make
searching even easier. In addition to searching the entire 6-year
archive, you can now limit your search just to topics discussed in the last
1, 2 or 4 calendar years:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
| Select a time period to search: () 2001-current () 2000-current |
| () 1998-current () 1996-current |
----------------------------------------------------------------------
By selecting an appropriate number of years to be searched, you'll get
faster and more accurate results for those times when you're looking for
a topic you know has been discussed fairly recently, while still having
access to the entire six years of archives when your search needs to be
broader.
We hope you'll agree that this change makes the list archives, already
one of the most important parts of Fiction_L, even more useful to list
subscribers!
