Hi all, Hopefully someone out there can help with this one. Patron is
looking for a book she read a few months ago through the library. It is
about an archaeological dig in Israel and how they went down layer by layer.
She thought the title was The Tell but there is nothing in our system with
that title. Through Amazon I found the book The Other Side of the Tell:
Adventure on an Archaeological dig in the desert of Israel which certainly
looked promising but that is not the title as we do not own it in our system
and the patron says that it is not the correct book. The patron insists that
it is fiction. NoveList did not turn up anything.
Does anyone else have any suggestions? Thanks, Melanie

The Source by James Michener tells the story of a dig in Israel that goes
layer by layer and tells a great deal of Jewish history in the process
(could have been great in the content novels thread).
