"Food" Display

FROM: "Kelly Benson" <kdbenson@htls.lib.il.us>
REC'D: 3/20/01, 4:06 PM
Looking for you wordsmiths with catchy titles. We're launching a new
program here at our library starting next month where we are having patrons
read books in a certain theme, every book read in the theme gets you in a
drawing for a prize related to the theme. April's theme is food, the prize
will be a restaurant gift certificate. Now, the problem is, my clerk and I
(we are the display people around here) can't come up with a catchy theme
name. Since these will be both fiction and non-fiction, we want a wide
name. At the moment, we have "Food For Thought" but we were hoping to come
up with something a little better. I have the book lists together, just need
a catchy title. :-)
Any help you can give us would be greatly appreciated.

You asked for suggestions - so here are a few off the top of my head:
Fabulous Food For Thought
Gastronomical Galaxies
A Soupçon of Singular Selections
Snack, Munch, Nibble & Nosh Your Way Through Our Book Buffet
Bountiful Buffet of Books
Food, Glorious Food - Books, Glorious Books (Based on the song title: Food -
Glorious Food)
The Joy of Reading (After the Joy of Cooking)
Think Low Calorie: Don't Eat It - Read It!
Three Rivers Book Buffet
Several of the above are spin-offs of actual cookbook titles.
I guess that's it for now.
