Any suggestions on what this is title or where I should look?

An accidental Russian launch results in a nuclear bomb explosion. An
abandoned young girl finds a crown made from Tiffany's glass, crystal and
gems melting together from the blast.

The girl has special powers of some sort; she lies under a porch or house
after the explosion and corn starts to grow under her.

Elsewhere...
A guy loses his arm and makes it to the ocean to clean his wound.

Air Force One does go down in the beginning of the book.

Any ideas? If not, could you forward this to one of your adult fiction
listservs and ask them?
