One of our patrons was trying to remember a legal thriller title. The
protagonist is a woman lawyer who usually represents the wrong side. It
begins with her serving papers on a man no other process server could
serve. She gets him by having a tree cutting crew approach his trees of
which he is proud. She ends up marrying someone from the mob. The word
"angel" may be in the title.

In one scene from the book the lawyer wins her case by putting honey on the
upper lip of a child in the witness chair causing her to lick her upper lip
just as the defendant does. Patron says this is a famous book. Anyone
recognize this plot?
