Puny titles . . .
Richman, Phyllis. The Butter Did It. (Happen to have my food fic list
handy.)
Cockey, Tim- The Hearse You Came In On and A Hearse of a Different Color
Robert L. Asprin has some titles with puns in them, Another Fine Myth comes
to mind, <checking catalog> Phule Me Twice, A Phule and His Money, et al.
Lewis Grizzard's humor books often have funny titles but I'm not sure if
they qualify as fiction in this case.
You already send Jill Churchill so I think I'm tapped at the off the top of
my head suggestions.
As for funny titles, there's a lot of those. For those of you with sick
twisted humor like me, I've always like the title "If I'd killed him when I
met him" by Sharyn McCrumb. But that's just me!

Hi is Roger Zelazny still active and writing? I think I liked his science
fiction books many years ago---thanks Betty
>>
I believe Roger Zelazny died at age 49 (much too early!).
I had the privilege of meeting Roger when he spoke at UMBC Library Special
Collections eons ago. At the time Steve Miller was also on the staff,and
working with the collection - and very active in the Baltimore Science
Fiction Society. He's now an SF writer, co-authoring with his wife, Sharon.

Honorable mention to are a couple by "Jack Hopkins" (Nick Polloti) involving
a future news channel in space: SATELLITE NIGHT FEVER and SATELLITE NIGHT
SPECIAL. IIRC he originally wanted to call one volume something like
LIVE, FROM LOW ORBIT--IT'S SATELLITE NIGHT LIVE! but was talked out of it.
Gonzo British sf author Robert Rankin is really the specialist in awful/
wonderful titles, though: APOCALYPSO; THE BRENTFORD CHAIN STORE MASSACRE;
EAST OF EALING; RAIDERS OF THE LOST CAR PARK; SPROUT MASK REPLICA; THE
SPROUTS OF WRATH; SEX AND DRUGS AND SAUSAGE ROLLS; WAITING FOR GODALMING;
and his latest pair, WEB SITE STORY and THE FANDOM OF THE OPERATOR, among
others.
