Much of the "classic" horror poetry is collected in two August Derleth (ed)
anthologies: DARK OF THE MOON; POEMS OF FANTASY AND THE MACABRE (Arkham
House, 1947) and FIRE AND SLEET AND CANDLELIGHT (Arkham House, 1961).
For nominally juvenile horror poetry my favorite is WHY AM I GROWN SO
COLD? POETRY OF THE UNKNOWABLE ed. Myra Cohn Livingston (Atheneum, 1982).
As for horror short stories, there are thousands, probably tens of
thousands. Where does one begin?
