A co-worker is hoping you can identify this book,
although the information is sketchy.

It has to do with a house sitter whose aunt and uncle
go to the Mediterranean - and there's a brother with
leukemia somewhere in the equation.
It's British, suspense/mystery contemporary.

Sound familiar to anyone?
