It's a collection of YA booklists. There were several horror lists there.

Martin Greenberg, in company with assorted co-ed's, has turned out numerous
themed anthologies, available in paperback, some fantasy, some sf, and some
horror. Two which are quite recent are "Prom Night" and "Single White
Vampire Seeks Same." These should be suitable.
Mercedes Lackey's Diana Tregarde Investigations, which often have a teen
angle, would be another possibility.

Fred Saberhagen wrote a series of horror-fantasies that are grouped under
the title "The Dracula Files." Individual volumes include: "The Dracula
Tape," "The Holmes-Dracula File," "An Old Friend of the Family," "Thorn,"
"Dominion," "A Question of Time," "A Sharpness on the Neck," and "Seance for
a Vampire." They are suggested as suitable for teens.
