Is anybody out there doing something like this? If so, how does it work?
Do you have staff monitoring what is posted and for how long? How much
staff time is involved? We were also thinking of just keeping a notebook
for interested readers to browse.
I sure would appreciate any input.

On the children's side, we list reviews of books (written by children)
on the
Rebecca Caudill site (an award for YA books given within the state of
Illinois) which
our library hosts; it can be found at http://www.rebeccacaudill.org.
Our webmistress
"Diva Kelly" assures me that it takes, at the busiest period, about 5
hours a week
to post the reviews. There's very little editing done on the reviews of
the children's
stuff; however, we do edit out last names of children, etc.
