Does anyone remember this novel? A patron has asked for a novel that she
read 2 or 3 years ago. She said it was very funny. The plot is about a man
finds himself in a world (after life) where everyone is always eating. Any
help would be appreciated.

I think your patron may be thinking of "The Afterlife Diet" by Daniel
Pinkwater...great, funny book.
