Subject: Raven
HELP!
I have a patron who wants a paperback romance book that she swears is
called "the Raven." It is not the Norah Hess book. It is supposedly a
romance about a pirate, a woman who falls in love with the pirate but
marries a man and then discovers he is really the pirate she was in love
with all along. I've searched our database, Ive searched "pirates--fiction"
but as you all well know, not many paperbacks are catalogued. If you have
any idea who the author is of this book please help. You'll make a romance
lover very happy!
Thanks,

Romantic Times Magazine (www.romantictimes.com) has been publishing a theme
listing for some time now. If you go to the web site, look under the
"readers" section, under which you will find the "theme" section. Click on
that, and you'll see a wide variety of themse in romance publishing. Under
that (or to the side) is a long list of past themes, one of which is
"pirates." Click on that, and there is a list of books/authors/publishers.
The list is not annotated, but it may jog someone's memory.
