The name of the book is "Gianna: aborted --and lived to tell about it" by
Jessica Shaver. It is published by Focus on the Family Publishers. The girl
lived but was born with either no arms or one arm due to the botched
abortion.

There is a book put out by Focus on the Family that I believe is called
Gianna (sp?).
Maybe this is the one.

The title you are looking for might be "Gianna: Aborted--and lived to tell
about it" by Jessica Shaver. We have it shelved with the biographies; the
publishing date is 1995.
