Need help finding a book which a patron read in the 70's. Set after a
nuclear war, and there is a group of survivors, one of whom is a woman who
is trying to preserve "the book". I have checked Where Late the Sweet Birds
Sang by Kate Wilhelm, but it seems to be more about cloning and the clones
taking over. Any ideas?

Thanks for the quick response to my question about the book from the 70's
(?) wherein the character was trying to save books after a nuclear war. I
got a copy of Wren's a Gift Upon the Shore, and I think that must be it!
Thanks again.
